EXCHANGE POLICY

All products purchased from Dap Attire are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item meets one of the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery.
The item delivered does not match the product you originally ordered (e.g., incorrect design or style was shipped).

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS (NO SIZE EXCHANGE)

Please read this carefully 

We do not offer exchanges or replacements if you ordered a size and it does not fit you.
Customers are responsible for reviewing our size charts before placing an order.

DISPUTES AND CLAIMS

How to Raise a Claim
You must notify us of any defect, damage, or wrong shipment within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting us on +923117784699.
Evidence Requirement
For any approved claim, we require photographic evidence of the defective or wrong item. This evidence must be sent to Our WhatsApp
(+923117784699) within 4 days of purchase to begin the claims process. Dap Attire reserves the right to review each dispute on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

We cannot process any exchange if:
The exchange request is submitted after the 7-day time frame.
The product is damaged as a result of customer use.
The product has been tampered with.
Any original item is missing from the package, including tags, labels, original packaging, or accessories.
Dap Attire does not offer refunds or a "money-back guarantee" on purchased items.

HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE

Once your exchange claim is officially approved by our team, package the item securely.
Deliver the package to our designated warehouse using any convenient courier service.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship your replacement.
A delivery fee of 250 PKR will be collected as Cash on Delivery (COD) for the newly shipped exchange products.
