Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at any private address home, workplace, or drop point. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically delivered within 6–7 working days under normal conditions
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak times or verification checks, minor delays may occur.
For online payments, processing begins once payment has cleared the verification stage. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment will be collected at the time of delivery.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details — be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

How much is the shipping cost?

A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 2,799 within Pakistan.
Shipping is free for orders above PKR 2,799.

Which courier will deliver my order?

The courier depends on your delivery location and shipment type. When your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your courier’s name and tracking number.

What happens if I’m not at home when my order arrives?

If you’re unavailable, the courier will contact you to reschedule delivery.
Delivery will be re-attempted twice. If the parcel remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to the shipper.
